PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING PRODUCTS FROM GUITARS UK (GUK). THE FOLLOWING CONTAINS IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS, AS WELL AS LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS THAT MAY APPLY TO YOU.
Your purchase of a product or service from GUK is governed by these terms and conditions.
Please read them carefully.
Placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale and our terms for use of this site.
If you do not agree to these terms, please leave the site and do not proceed further with your order.
GUK reserves the right to make changes to this website and these terms and conditions of sale and our terms of use at any time, without prior notice.
Payment
All payments must be recieved in full before any products can be dispatched.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Currency
All price are in pounds (£) sterling.
Our Contract
When you place an order to purchase a product from Guitars UK, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product, which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched that product to you (the "Dispatch Confirmation E-mail"). That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to you. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract.
Cancellation Procedures and Policy
You are free to cancel any order before payment has been taken free of charge.
Cancellation requests must be sent to orders@guitarsuk.com with the order reference in the subject field header and the word 'cancel'.
Any transportation costs for cancelled orders must be paid by the purchaser, except in instances where the goods supplied are faulty, have been supplied in error, or miss-described by the seller. We can arrange collection of a cancelled order on behalf of the purchaser, and a collection charge will be confirmed when the collection is arranged.
Orders cannot be cancelled where the goods have been altered by the purchaser in any way from the original condition.
Returns and Refunds Policy
Refunds can only be made by the method originally used to pay for the goods. Credit/debit card refunds will be processed immediately and normally take 3-5 working days to show on the customer's account.
Goods that have been altered from their original condition in any way cannot be returned.
Goods cannot be returned as faulty where a specific defect in the product was brought to the attention of the customer at the point of sale.
Faulty Goods: Within 28 days of the date of delivery, we will arrange for the collection and replacement of faulty goods. Outside of 28 days from the date of delivery, we will arrange from the return of faulty goods from us to the manufacturers for repair, under the terms of manufacurer's warranty. This policy is invalidated if the goods have been altered in any way from their original condition, or if the fault is due to misuse by the purchaser.
Orders for software products or hardware that includes software as part of the package, cannot be refunded once the software has been opened. Video/Audio content in the form of CDs or DVDs also cannot be returned if the item has been opened. GUK cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit, as you are responsible for returning the item(s) to us. We recommend you send the item(s) by Recorded or Special Delivery.
Order Acceptance Policy
GUK reserves the right to refuse service, to close accounts, to cancel orders, or to terminate affiliate and other marketing programs that it deems harmful to the company.

Every effort has been made to clearly and fairly identify and represent products on our web site. Price comparisons and other product information are collected from manufacturers specifications, advertised prices, and manufacturers’ suggested retail pricing. GUK does not guarantee the accuracy of this information. All prices of products on this site, are our web only prices and the equivilent product in store may vary in price.
Product Substitution Policy
Guitars Uk will try to deliver where possible the exact product you have purchased, in the very rare cicumstance that the product is either out of stock or is found to be faulty by us before dispatch and we have no more of that product in stock, we reservethe right to offer you an alternative equal quality or better product. IN this even we will contact you by telephone to confirm your acceptance at this substitution.
