Despatch & Delivery
Most orders placed before 4:00pm (Monday-Friday) are despatched from our warehouse the same day, subject to stock availability and any security checks, via Royal Mail 1st Class or our couriers.
We aim to get all our orders delivered next working day but please allow 2-3 days from time of your order being placed.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are based upon weight, the shipping method chosen and your location. We are able to send light, non expensive goods via Royal Mail and heavier or higher value goods via our courier service.
Example:
As an example, a light, low value item can be sent for £1.80 using Royal Mail Recorded delivery to anywhere in the British Isles.
A heavier or higher value item can be sent anywhere on the mainland for £3.95. This is a next day service from when we ship the goods, typically no more than three working days from when you place the order. For most items, we can ship out next working day. If in doubt, email us for confirmation.
